Kilimanjaro operators must be licensed by KINAPA (Kilimanjaro National Park Authority). Safaribando holds all required licences and our guides are TANAPA-certified. Can I pay in USD or euros?

Yes. Tanzania safari prices are denominated in USD as standard across the industry (park fees are set in USD by TANAPA). We accept bank transfer in USD, euros or GBP, and can advise on the most cost-effective payment method for your currency and country.

What if something goes wrong on the tour?

With a local operator, the person who can solve a problem is reachable directly and is physically in Tanzania. If a vehicle breaks down on the Serengeti, our Arusha operations team dispatches a replacement vehicle. If a guide falls ill, we have a replacement available from our team in the same region. With a booking platform, a problem in the field requires calling an international call centre that then calls a local operator they may have never met in person.
