Sea Cliff Resort & Spa Zanzibar — The Full-Facility Zanzibar Resort
Sea Cliff Resort & Spa Zanzibar is a full-facility resort in the Kama/Mangapwani area of western Zanzibar, set on a coconut plantation 4km from the main road and framed by traditional makuti thatched roofs and Arabic-style towers. The resort is notable for housing Zanzibar's only world-class 9-hole (18-tee) golf course — a genuine rarity in East Africa — with a full driving range, practice greens, Pro Shop, club hire, golf carts and a beachside Club House.
Three restaurants serve the resort: Mangapwani Restaurant (local and international), Terrace Restaurant (casual dining) and Kobe Restaurant (poolside). Four bars include a private beach bar, Kobe Poolside Bar, Jetty Bar and Zanzi Bar with Indian Ocean views. The Shwari Spa provides wellness services. Water sports — kayaking, windsurfing, sailing and water skiing — complete the package. A recreation centre adds billiards, table tennis and tennis courts.
