Mara Mara Tented Lodge โ Kogatende Migration Camp From Tanganyika Wilderness Camps
Mara Mara Tented Lodge is the northern Serengeti partner to Lahia Tented Lodge โ both operated by Tanganyika Wilderness Camps. Located in the Kogatende area close to the Mara River, Mara Mara is specifically positioned for the Great Migration river crossings from July to November. The lodge's 16 tents are divided into two camps โ north and south โ both sharing the main house with lounges, restaurant, view deck and swimming pool.
The tent design mirrors Lahia's elevated wooden platform approach: elegant tents with private terraces overlooking the savannah, a king or twin bed choice, bathtubs and the outdoor shower that is a signature of the Tanganyika Wilderness Camps style. Family interconnecting rooms are available. The rate includes full board (three meals daily), water, soft drinks and house wines. Conservation fees ($59 per adult per night) are additional.
