After breakfast you depart for Tarangire National Park. The park is celebrated for its vast elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and the Tarangire River — the only permanent water source, which draws exceptional concentrations of wildlife year-round. Yes. The internal flight from Arusha to Zanzibar on Day 6 is included in the package price.
The safari parks are productive year-round. The dry season (June to October) offers the best wildlife visibility and clearest weather for game drives. Zanzibar's beaches are excellent year-round, with the driest conditions in June to October and December to February.
Tarangire is outstanding for elephants and birdlife. The central Serengeti delivers year-round Big Five sightings and excellent predator activity. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa's premier locations to see the rare black rhino alongside lions, elephants, and buffalo.
