Graskop
On the road toward the Highveld, the first stop is the town of Dullstroom, the highest village in South Africa at 2,200 metres above sea level, with time to wander its cafes, restaurants and curio shops. Continue to the colonial village of Pilgrim’s Rest for lunch, with free time to explore its original buildings dating back to the late 1800s, before settling in for the night in the tourism town of Graskop.
