5-Day 4 Nights Zanzibar Holiday Package

On arrival at the Zanzibar airport or harbour, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Stone Town for check-in. At 2:30pm, you'll head out to Prison Island, home of giant Aldabra tortoises and flanked by a reef sanctuary that's ideal for swimming, snorkeling and beach relaxation. You'll return to Stone Town at around 5:30pm for dinner.

At 8:30am, you'll head to the south coast for a dolphin-watching trip off Kizimkazi, with the chance to swim alongside hundreds of spinner and bottlenose dolphins as they play in the waters offshore. At 2:30pm, you'll continue to Jozani Forest, home to the red colobus monkey, with both natural forest and mangrove forest boardwalks to explore. A stop at Zala Park rounds out the day, showing how local communities work to protect the island's native reptiles, before returning to town for dinner.

After breakfast, the Stone Town tour takes you through this historic, centuries-old town: the former slave market site (now an Anglican church built in 1871), the town market, the Zanzibar Memorial Museum, the House of Wonders (Beit-Al-Ajab, built in 1883), the Old Arab Fort, the Palace Museum, and the Old Indian Dispensary (now a cultural centre). You'll then transfer toward the coast via the Maruhubi Palace ruins and Living Stone House, continuing to the spice and botanical tour, where you'll see and taste tropical fruits and spice plants, with a stop at Kidichi Bath, built in 1850 by the first Sultan for his wife Sheherazade.
