Arusha to Serengeti National Park
Your safari begins with pickup from your hotel for the drive to the Serengeti, around 7 hours to reach the main gate, with an optional stop at Olduvai Gorge along the way. This site played a defining role in the study of human origins, with discoveries by Dr. Louis Leakey and Mary Leakey in 1959 still central to the field today. Continuing on toward Naabi Gate, you'll have lunch followed by a short game drive before settling in at your camp for the night.
